What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit typically includes a comprehensive oral examination, digital X-rays if needed, a professional cleaning, and a discussion of your dental health goals. The appointment usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Our team will walk you through every step.

Do you see dental emergency patients?

Yes. We accommodate same-day emergency appointments whenever possible. If you are experiencing severe pain, a knocked-out tooth, swelling, or a broken tooth, call us immediately at (905) 876-4488. Do not wait — early treatment leads to better outcomes.

How far in advance should I book a routine appointment?

For routine check-ups and cleanings, we recommend booking two to four weeks in advance, especially for morning or early-evening slots which fill quickly. New patients are always welcome and we do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
